Hemma Sitz offers comfort for ‘hemmies’ and other prenatal and postpartum discomforts*. This all natural “hemmy” soak is composed of a proprietary blend of Sea Salt, Organic Aloe Vera, Witch Hazel, and refreshing herbs like Organic Calendula. Soaking in this gentle mix promotes  relaxation without any chemical fragrance, fillers, or additives.

Use 2 teaspoons of dried herbs per one cup of warm water. Allow herbs to sit in the warm water for 3-5 min to make an herbal infusion. Add four cups of the warm infusion to a commercial sitz bath or bowl. Place on a toilet seat. Soak the bottom in the warm liquid for 15 to 20 minutes. Use as needed.
