It’s possible to experience mild feelings of discomfort when doing a cleanse. Be sure to drink extra water or herbal tea while doing a cleanse, and allow yourself extra “downtime” to rest and relax. If extra bowel support is needed, Reset & Go may be used in addition to Shoo #2.

For general health, we recommend using Adult Shoo! 1–2 times a year to keep your body in balance. However, if your lifestyle involves working with animals, gardening, farming, or traveling internationally, you may benefit from cleansing more often, up to 3–4 times a year.
