Even though it's 4 pills, I feel like I get all the nutrients I need, and a little less iron than the other brand, which makes my nausea a little worse. The smell of these is pretty pleasant too. And the packaging was so intentional, with details about the product, the owners, and a little letter written to the customer, I almost didn't want to throw it away!

I tried 2 other brands before this one and could never be consistent with them because they were always so tough to digest! They would either make me nauseous, the pill would be too big and stick in my throat or, it would cause my stools to become irregular.
I’ve been on this one for 2 weeks almost now and have not had any of those issues! The capsules are pretty small and go down easy, and I haven’t had any issues with digestion at all!!!
I also super appreciate that these have FOLATE and not folic acid!!! Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate and is very difficult for the body to utilize appropriately. So props to them for doing the research needed to make such a high quality prenatal!!
I’m going to continue taking these postpartum in hopes that it helps ease everything back to baseline once baby is here.

I really like this prenatal! I feel a lot better when I remember to take 4 a day! Sometimes I think what is my problem? Why I am I feeling this way? And then I remember that I had been forgetting to take my Mama Bear Prenatal and once I get back in the habit of it I feel so much better again!

I have been happy with the mama bear prenatal. But recently have been wondering if there is too much folate in them? 2 of my babies have had tongue ties, and it seems there is an increase of tongue/lip ties in babies. My doctor said there is likely a connection with these factors. Would there be a way to readjust the amount of folate?
