We use life focus regularly .once before she heads to school the two more times while she’s home . It helps my 4 year old stay on task . We definitely notice a difference if we stop giving it to her but I also love that’s it’s natural and again it tastes great!

So far so good!

My oldest 2 are on the spectrum so they didn’t care for the taste so much by itself but a little juice and it works wonderfully! So far I see more calm and relaxed attitudes which is a bonus for me at the end of the school year! I also tried it before giving it to them(because mom life.. am I right??) and I was nervous because I’ve had reactions (instant migraines) from ashwaganda- but nope not with this one! I also felt more relaxed which allowed me to focus on smaller things instead of trying to do so many things at once. Thank you Sprigs! The taste is my only qualm.. I’d love to give to my kiddos straight from the dropper instead of needing a glass but hey, if it works.. it’s good.
