We always pack this when we travel since our normal diet usually changes when we aren’t home with our normal items available to us. The kids tend to get upset tummies and this really does the trick in helping . I’ve taken it on occasion as well and felt relief . I’m also happy with the taste. It doesn’t have your typical herbal tincture taste it’s actually sweet and leaves you wanting more

This is my trick to a lactose intolerant 2 year old! We avoid dairy in our life’s but some things just makes it a little too difficult, in those instances I give my daughter these drops and it makes such a difference for her.
