I use this product every night and as needed throughout the day. It helps with my sciatic ******** and **** neck and shoulder *****. I don’t how I have been getting along without it. My husband likes to pretend that he doesn’t love the ***** also!!

So I’ve had massive foot pain/heel pain for a while now and was suggested to use this and it has helped tremendously! Along with some stretches for my calves and foot massages I’m as good as new!

Gold Ice is so wonderful on my sore muscles. I get a tight neck often from the tasks of motherhood, and that’s where my stress tends to go. My husband will massage this on for me and it helps my muscles relax so much better in the night. He reaches for it too when he’s sore!
