When I first tried this products I noticed when mixing into liquids it could clump but using a blender did mix it better. However I prefer to use it for baking! I’ll replace some flour in recipes such as pancakes, waffles, muffins, etc. leaving me with quick breakfast options that are jam packed with nutrients + the kiddies love the “chocolate” version SO much more!
