Clean water at school
The work was carried out with local partner World Vision Mozambique, and it reached schools as well as communities. Two sisters told World Vision what it meant to them.
“I love going to school every day because there I can get clean water to keep my body and hands clean.”
Her sister had plans of her own: “When I grow up, I would like to be a teacher. I’ll teach other children how to read and write and also about the best hygiene practices.”
The sisters’ names have been withheld in keeping with charity: water’s Child Protection Policy.
Thank you
1,078 people in Monapo District now have access to clean water. Thank you for being part of it.
