Built around schools

The work was carried out with local partner BRAC, and it was built around schools. Their piped systems draw water from deep tubewells rather than the shallow aquifers that carry contaminants, and BRAC works alongside school staff, children and parents on hygiene education, maintenance and water testing so the systems keep serving long after they are installed.

Thank you

2,879 people in Bangladesh now have access to clean water. Thank you for being part of it.
